Please notify the proper authority in your municipality of the change of ownership to insure that all future tax statements and/or assessments will be mailed to you.
MAIL
Please contact the Post Office of your change of address. The Post Office provides an address kit to assist you in notifying your correspondents of your new address.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
Please contact the Secretary of State office within 30 days. Out-of-Staters must make license application immediately upon establishing Michigan residence.
VOTERS REGISTRATION
If you move within a community, there is no need to re-register. Simply notify the clerk of the change of address. However, if you move from one community to another, you must re-register with the appropriate clerk or with any Secretary of State branch.
